Under Body Protection For Toyota Hilux N80 2015+/Fortuner 2015+ - Engine, Transmission & Gearbox
Here is our take on under body protection for the front, sump & gearbox. This replaces those thin light gauge factory plates which if you seen our Fraser Island video on YouTube, you’d see how much protection they don’t offer.
These are offered in 2 options:
- Everyday touring – 3mm mild steel powder coated
- Heavy duty mad max – 4mm Stainless steel powder coated
The choice is entirely yours, 3mm mild steel option is perfect for those trying to conserve weight, & rarely do anything serious, but would love the peace of mind of added protection for beach trips & touring the Simpson.
The 4mm stainless steel mad max edition is perfect for those who like to send it & need protection from themselves like we do!

Please note: these protection plates do cover a portion of the DPF. If combustible materials i.e. dead grass, leaves etc build up on the plate in between the DPF this can cause a fire. Your protection plate will need to be checked & cleaned regularly.
For bull-bar fitment, please do your own research by comparing the installation of our bash-plates via our install video, with the installation instructions of your bull-bar to see whether they are compatible.
