At Pokecoinn, we are committed to providing a reliable, secure, and transparent shipping experience for all customers. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, prepare, and deliver orders placed through our online store.

By placing an order with Pokecoinn, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged before shipment.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays.

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • During periods of high demand, including Pokémon TCG product releases, special promotions, holiday seasons, or major sales events, processing times may be extended.

Before shipping, each order is inspected to ensure that products are properly packed and protected.


2. Product Availability & Order Delays

Pokémon TCG products may experience high demand and limited availability.

If an item in your order becomes unavailable or experiences a fulfillment delay:

  • We will contact you using the email address provided during checkout.

  • You may be offered available solutions, including waiting for restock, replacing the item (if applicable), or receiving a refund for the unavailable product.

Pokecoinn is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturer shortages, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control.


3. Packaging & Product Protection

We take special care when packaging Pokémon Trading Card Game products.

Depending on the product type, orders may include:

  • Protective packaging materials

  • Bubble wrap

  • Card protection sleeves or protective holders when appropriate

  • Secure boxes or mailers designed to reduce damage during transportation

We understand that collectors value product condition, especially for sealed Pokémon TCG products, and we make reasonable efforts to ship items in excellent condition.

However, Pokecoinn cannot guarantee that packaging will remain completely free from cosmetic imperfections after carrier handling.


4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options and costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package size and weight

  • Selected carrier service

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary.

Typical delivery estimates:

United States Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

International Orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High shipping volume

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect address information

  • Other events outside Pokecoinn's control


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Please verify:

  • Full name

  • Street address

  • Apartment/unit number (if applicable)

  • City

  • State/province

  • Postal code

  • Country

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • Pokecoinn may not be able to recover the package.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • Refunds may not be available for packages delivered successfully to the address provided by the customer.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error before your order ships.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and confirmed delivered by the carrier, Pokecoinn is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after confirmed delivery

  • Stolen from the delivery location

  • Retrieved by another person

If your package appears lost or delayed:

  1. Check the tracking information.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier.

  3. Contact Pokecoinn so we can assist with the investigation.

We will cooperate with customers and carriers to help resolve shipment issues whenever possible.


8. Damaged Packages

We carefully package all orders, but damage may occasionally occur during transportation.

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  • A description of the issue

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Store credit

  • Refund (when applicable)

Failure to provide requested information may delay the resolution process.


9. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong product

  • A missing item

  • An incorrect quantity

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of received items

  • Description of the issue

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.


10. Pre-Orders

For Pokémon TCG pre-order products:

  • Release dates are estimated and may change due to manufacturer or supplier updates.

  • Pre-order items may ship on or shortly after the official release date.

  • Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

If a pre-order delay occurs, customers will be notified when possible.


11. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT charges

  • Brokerage fees

  • Any other fees required by local authorities

Pokecoinn does not control customs processes and cannot guarantee delivery dates for international shipments.

Customers should verify their country's import regulations before placing an order.


12. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable return policy.
