Because Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products are collectible items, certain products have specific return restrictions to protect product authenticity and condition.
By purchasing from Pokecoinn, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unused and unopened.

Remain in the original packaging.

Include all original accessories, packaging, and documentation (if applicable).

Be in the same condition as received.

Include proof of purchase or order information.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Pokémon TCG Product Return Restrictions
Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon TCG products, the following restrictions apply:
Sealed Products
Eligible sealed products may include:

Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)

Booster Boxes
-
Collection Boxes
-
Special Sets
-
Sealed Pokémon TCG products
These items must remain completely unopened and factory sealed.
Opened Products
The following items are generally not eligible for return once opened:

Opened booster packs

Opened booster boxes
-
Opened Elite Trainer Boxes

Opened collection products
-
Products where the seal or packaging has been removed
Opening collectible products may affect their value and resale condition.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:

Photos of the shipping packaging
After reviewing your request, we may offer:

Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, or opening products is not covered.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
5. Return Process
To request a return:

Please do not send products back before receiving return authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The product arrived damaged.

The issue was caused by an error from Pokecoinn.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns. Pokecoinn is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Refunds may be delayed if:

8. Partial Refunds

9. Non-Returnable Items

Opened Pokémon TCG products.

Gift cards.

Digital products.

Clearance or final sale items.

Products damaged due to customer handling.
10. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow this Return and Refund Policy.
11. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and depend on product availability.
If an exchange is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact Pokecoinn directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions and further investigation.
