Pre-Order Policy

At Pokecoinn, we offer pre-order opportunities for selected Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and collectibles before their official release dates.

This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders work, payment processing, shipping procedures, cancellations, and customer responsibilities.

By placing a pre-order with Pokecoinn, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows customers to reserve selected products before their official release date.

Pre-order items are products that are:

  • Announced by manufacturers but not yet released.

  • Available for reservation before stock arrives.

  • Scheduled to ship after the official release date or when inventory becomes available.

Pre-order availability is limited and may sell out before release.

2. Pre-Order Product Availability

Pre-order quantities are based on expected inventory availability from our suppliers.

While Pokecoinn makes every effort to fulfill all pre-orders, we cannot guarantee fulfillment in cases where:

  • Manufacturers reduce production quantities.

  • Suppliers provide fewer products than expected.

  • Release allocations change.

  • Unforeseen supply issues occur.

If we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we will notify you and provide an appropriate resolution, including a full refund for the unavailable item.

3. Payment for Pre-Orders

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize Pokecoinn to charge the full order amount, including:

  • Product price

  • Shipping fees

  • Applicable taxes

  • Other charges displayed during checkout

This allows us to reserve inventory and prepare your order for fulfillment.

4. Release Dates

All release dates shown for pre-order products are estimates provided by manufacturers or suppliers.

Release dates may change due to:

  • Production delays

  • Distribution issues

  • Manufacturer decisions

  • Shipping delays

  • Other circumstances outside Pokecoinn's control

Pokecoinn is not responsible for manufacturer or supplier release date changes.

5. Shipping Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will generally ship:

  • On or shortly after the official release date.

  • Once inventory is received and processed.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when their order has shipped.

Delivery times begin after the order has been dispatched.

6. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If an order contains both:

  • Available products

  • Pre-order products

The order may be shipped together after all items become available.

Customers who want available products shipped separately may need to place separate orders.

Additional shipping charges may apply for separate shipments.

7. Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not entered fulfillment processing.

Once a pre-order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

8. Pre-Order Refunds

Approved pre-order cancellations or unavailable items will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear after processing.

9. Pre-Order Price Changes

The price displayed at the time of placing your pre-order is the price you agree to pay.

Pokecoinn reserves the right to adjust prices for future orders but will not change the price of a confirmed pre-order unless required by law or agreed upon by the customer.

10. Product Changes

Manufacturers may update:

  • Product packaging

  • Artwork

  • Contents

  • Product specifications

Pokecoinn is not responsible for manufacturer changes made before release.

Pre-order products will be shipped according to the final version provided by the manufacturer.

11. Damaged Pre-Order Items

If your pre-order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will review your request and provide assistance according to our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Limited Quantities and Purchase Limits

To ensure fair access for customers, Pokecoinn may limit pre-order quantities per customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders that appear to involve:

  • Automated purchasing systems

  • Resale abuse

  • Excessive quantities

  • Fraudulent activity

13. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information.

  • Reviewing product details before ordering.

  • Understanding that release dates are estimates.

  • Monitoring email communications regarding their order.
